Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade my membership tier? Yes. Members can move between tiers with 30 days notice. There are no penalties and no complicated processes.
What counts as a conference room reservation? Each reservation is a 1-hour block in TenFold’s conference room. Reservations are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Additional reservations beyond your monthly allotment are available at $25 per 1hr block.
What does the fax, copy, and print credit cover? The monthly credit in the Executive tier covers up to 100 pages total, which can be used for standard faxing, black-and-white or color copies, and basic printing. Color copies and prints count as two pages each. If you have a larger or more complex project, TenFold also offers commercial printing services at standard rates, with discounted pricing available for Professional and Executive members.
Can I use TenFold’s address for my Pennsylvania business registration? No. Members who need a Pennsylvania Certified Registered Office Provider (CROP) can add that service to their membership. Learn more about CROP services.
Are there long-term contracts? No. All memberships run month-to-month. We ask for 30 days notice to cancel or adjust your tier. That’s it.
