TenFold believes that access to good information shouldn’t always come with a price tag. That’s why we host free, hands-on workshops throughout the year for entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and municipalities who are ready to take their next step. Past sessions have covered LLC formation, grant readiness, marketing fundamentals, and operational systems. Seats are always limited and registration opens on a rolling basis, so joining the waitlist is the best way to make sure you don’t miss out.

Unsolicited Community Workshops

For-profit Startup Workshop
This hands-on workshop walks Pennsylvania residents through forming a Limited Liability Company (LLC) from start to finish. During the session, you’ll complete your LLC filing and apply for your EIN—with guided, step-by-step support throughout.
Please note: Pennsylvania requires a $125 state filing fee for LLC formation. This fee is separate from the workshop and is paid directly to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the time of filing.
This workshop is ideal for entrepreneurs who want to launch confidently, correctly, and with clarity; and are ready to invest in building a strong foundation.
Legacy Non-profit Workshop
Many of our most trusted community institutions — churches, civic organizations, and long-standing nonprofits — have decades of impact behind them and real funding opportunities ahead of them. But years of leadership transitions, informal record-keeping, and organizational change can leave critical documentation scattered and hard to locate. That gap shouldn’t stand between a legacy organization and the resources it deserves.
This workshop is designed specifically for established nonprofits and faith-based organizations that are ready to get their house in order and position themselves for grant funding. We walk participants through how to locate, organize, or create the foundational documents funders look for, including incorporation records, bylaws, IRS determination letters, board documentation, financial records, and more. From there, we introduce the core concepts of grant readiness: what funders actually evaluate, what disqualifies strong applicants before they ever submit, and what steps your organization can take right now to strengthen its position.
You’ll leave with a clearer picture of where your documentation stands, what’s missing, and exactly what to do next.

Municipalities Workshop
Running a municipality means carrying responsibility for the people who live there, the infrastructure that serves them, and the long-term health of the community you’ve been trusted to lead. But between the day-to-day demands of local government and the complexity of state and federal funding landscapes, it can be difficult to know where to focus, what resources are available, and how to position your municipality to actually access them.
This free workshop is designed for elected officials, appointed administrators, borough managers, township staff, and municipal board members who want to operate with more clarity, more confidence, and a stronger strategic foundation. We cover the essentials of municipal grant readiness — including how to identify funding opportunities aligned with your community’s priorities, what documentation and organizational infrastructure funders expect to see, and how to build internal capacity so your municipality isn’t starting from scratch every grant cycle.
We also spend time on the bigger picture: how to communicate your community’s needs and assets compellingly, how to align municipal leadership around shared priorities, and how to think strategically about long-term community investment rather than just reacting to whatever funding happens to come across your desk.
Whether your municipality is already pursuing grants and wants to improve its success rate, or you’re just beginning to explore what’s possible, this session will give you a practical foundation to move forward with intention.
Custom Workshops
Not every organization needs a general session. Some need something built specifically for their team, their staff, their congregation, or their community.
TenFold builds custom workshops for organizations that have a specific training need, a targeted audience, or a particular goal they’re trying to accomplish through education and capacity building.
If your organization has been awarded grant funds designated for training or professional development, a TenFold custom workshop is an approved and strategic use of those dollars. We work with you to design a session that meets funder requirements, serves your participants well, and produces outcomes you can be proud to report on.
We can build a custom workshop around:
- Any specialized topic where your organization needs structured, facilitated learning
- Staff or board training and development
- Grant readiness and documentation for your specific organization type
- Community education initiatives tied to your mission
- Leadership development for municipal staff or elected officials
- Capacity building for nonprofit or faith-based teams
- & more!
